The receptionist is responsible for answering the phone, greeting clients and supporting certain administrative tasks for departments.

Detailed functions

-Greet customers and answer calls;
-Orders from our various suppliers (stationery, shipping supplies, etc.);
-Make service and maintenance calls for printers and photocopiers;
-Maintain the company's general calendar and list of employees;
-Write various memos (internal and external) in French and English;
-Assemble the training manuals and prepare the welcome board;
-Print installation guides and make changes if necessary;
-Assume the role of hostess for our guests during certain day or evening training sessions (2-3 evenings per month);
-All other related tasks.

Administrative support to the various departments
-Writes various documents (French and English);
-Creates various lists when required;
-Performs data entry for non-conforming parts;
-All other related tasks.

-DVS i or any other relevant field of study;
-Minimum 1 year of experience in a reception position;
-Essential bilingualism (spoken & written);
-Excellent writing skills in French and English;
-Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;
-Customer service focus;
